The property was really close to many of the things you would want to visit in Hongdae, but still in a quiet area that felt more like a neighborhood than a tourist spot. The owner was super friendly and helpful. We arrived around lunchtime, so after checking our bags, I asked her for a restaurant recommendation. She actually walked us all the way to the restaurant and helped us order. The room was clean and the decor was really nice — simple but trendy — and the bathroom had a nice rain shower head and a shower curtain to help keep the rest of the bathroom dry.

Maryanne

The host was very helpful and walked us to the kitchen, allowed us to store our luggages after check out and also let us borrow umbrellas for the rainy day. We arrived late in the evening so clear instructions were sent via booking message on how to find the guest house (including the passcode for self check in). The location is close to the most popular streets in Hongdae as well as to the subway station. The breakfast (i.e. products in the kitchen that you can use: milk + cereal, toast, eggs, instant coffee and tea) is a nice addition.

The room is okay size with comfortable bed and cute decoration. There are no facilities but I liked the shower head, it had very strong water pressure. Location is fantastic as you can just walk across 3-5 minutes to the main walking street of Hongdae, it doesn't get much better than that. There is a big new cafe opened just opposite and there are a lot of convenience stores/eateries around. The staff is also very helpful and accommodating. The whole check-in check-out process was smooth and painless. Would definitely recommend.
